    The Mission and Vision are part of regular strategic discussions as a reminder of where we want to go and what drives our actions. These long-term guiding principles are reviewed annually in the workshop “Strategic Management Meeting”, but still fit well to the rapid changing environment. As guiding principles, the Management regularly discloses BrgP’s Mission and Vision to all associates through internal communication tools.

    BrgP was founded in 1990 under the name Blaupunkt Auto-Radio Portugal Lda. and produced car radios for the Blaupunkt brand. In 2008, the Car Multimedia division (CM) was restructured and the Blaupunkt brand was sold along with the aftermarket radio business segment. Since then, CM focused solely on original equipment for the car industry and BrgP was renamed Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal, S.A.
