The Knowledge Base is the exclusive information repository for EFQM members.

It contains articles written by our staff, contributing experts from member companies and papers written by our training faculty and consultants.  Short cases share insights into how the techniques and teaching of EFQM has been put into practice: what works well, and where it could be improved.

Site under transition
We are in the process of migrating our website to a new technical environment.  The new look and navigation structure is just one part of the change: 'behind the scenes' we are also improving the database and technology on which our web communications are based.

All tools, resources, reports, presentations,  logos, ... have now been moved to the new Knowledge Base.  Only all the articles and the Good Practice Database still remain for the moment on the "old" Knowledge Base.
