Last week, EFQM had the pleasure to welcome in its offices the Executive Board from JADE, our Prime Alliance since 2015, for a 1-day introduction to the EFQM Excellence Model and assessment techniques.
JADE (the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises) is an international, non-profit umbrella-organisation of associations across Europe established and managed solely by students. The network is currently composed of 14 National Confederations and Consultative Members (countries in which less than 3 Junior Enterprises are present) from Europe, summing up to circa 280 JE’s. Overall, over 20,000 students are involved in the Junior Enterprise network in Europe.
The workshop covered the Fundamental Concepts, The EFQM Model and RADAR Logic, but also interview exercises and some feedback examples.
We hope that this workshop delivered by Samuli Pruikkonen met your expectations and that you learned some valuable knowledge you can put now into practice!
